Maintaining our commitment to the Synergy code of conduct is an important step in working towards achieving our purpose and goals. At Synergy we have a speaking up program and standard that empowers you to play an active role in the elimination of improper conduct in the workplace.
The program provides access to Stopline, a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email, app or this website. It is important to remember our program enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire. Stopline is available to all Synergy employees, contractors or designated stakeholders and translation services can be provided if requested.
As well as the disclosure process, the website provides access to our code of conduct and other relevant policies and standards and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions for your reference.
I believe that good corporate governance has the capacity to differentiate us from our competitors and enhance our reputation in the eyes of our clients and this initiative is another example of Synergy’s commitment to best practice.
